Cancellation / Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened, used, or partially used mushroom kits, spawns, or accessories are not eligible for return/refund.
