Dispatch Time

Bulk Orders: Bulk orders require additional handling and processing time of 8–10 working days before dispatch.
Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on the location.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges vary as per location and will be displayed on our website prior to purchase. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value.
Incorrect Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including name, address, and phone number.
Leenas Mushroom is not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If the package is returned due to wrong information, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Undeliverable Packages: Once the product reaches the courier’s destination office, the delivery team may attempt to contact the customer.
If the customer is not reachable for 3 days, the package will be automatically returned to us by the courier.
In such cases, Leenas Mushroom is not responsible for shipping charges, return costs, or refunds.
Delays: Leenas Mushroom is not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics providers or events beyond our control.
Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.
